I am attempting to port mime.py to python2.4.  There are a number of
patches to fix bugs in the email package in mime.py.  The email package
for python-2.4 no longer has _parsebody - which is the hook whereby most
of the email bugs were fixed.  Unfortunately, the bugs are still there -
so I need a different way to fix them.  Simply removing the _parsebody
hook makes it run, but fails 3/4 of my unit tests.

Has anyone else started on python2.4?
