I have moved the pymilter project to github: https://github.com/sdgathman/pymilter The Python code runs in python2 or python3. The python3-branch has a tested port of miltermodule.c. Now, I just need to merge that into the main branch with lots of #ifdefs. Unless someone has a better idea.
