[Pymilter] excluding authenticated clients from SPF checks

Sorry - last one from me :)

It appears that spf-engine patched this about 4 months ago. It’s on the master branch which I don’t THINK has been released…

I don’t know what else to advise you with, other than getting the updated versions and reporting things on spf-engine.
