I don't hear much from the teaparty lately, but I saw this article:

Self hosted email solutions is actually something I have decades of
experience with.  Only with opt-in lists like this one, however.

I still have fairlakesteaparty.org and fairlakesteaparty.us.  I have
the org redirecting to your site at fairlakesteaparty.com

I see that is down also.  I can trivially put up a static site.
I build mine with hugo (content management without the complication
and expense of running a database on your web server).  https://gohugo.io
