Easy Macaroni and Cheese

Bring to boil in 2 Qt saucepan:
3 cups water
1 tbsp canola oil
Add to boiling water, stir occasionally:
1/2 lb macaroni or other pasta
Mix and stir in before water is fully adsorbed (do not drain):
1 heaping tsp onion powder
1 heaping tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Soul Food Seasoning or other non MSG season salt
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1/8 cup dry milk
1/3 cup cubed cheese (do not grate)
While pasta is cooking, stir fry in another saucepan:
2 tbsp canola oil 1 lb broccoli
1 medium onion
2 cloves fresh garlic

Stir vegetables into pasta and cheese mixture. Serve.


Note that adding grated cheese to the hot macaroni will likely result in a large lump of cheese. Cubing allows the cheese to combine with the pasta starch as it melts, while resisting clumping.
