Yes.  However, Florida law allows the legal guardian to withhold food and
water from a PVS patient.  So, if Terri is indeed PVS, then Michael is
within his legal rights to starve her to death.  

However, there is a lot of evidence that Terri is in MCS, rather than PVS.
But the judge has refused to consider that.  There have been no further
tests in 12 years, just lawyers.

The courts *do* get it.  The plan is to take over America by means of the
Judiciary.  We've come a long way since Andrew Jackson is reported to have
said, "The Justice has made his decision, now let him enforce it."  (Too bad
Jackson was in the wrong that time - it was the trail of tears.)  Now
elected officials are in awe of judges.  Today Judges, not leglislators,
write the laws.

It would be an improvement if they obeyed the letter of the law.  
They keep finding horrors like abortion in the "penumbras" of the law.
