[Apologetics] Martyn elected bishop

Stuart,

Will Minns go over to Africa to be ordained an
Anglican bishop or will someone come over here for the
ceremony?

Could/would Peter Lee excommunicate Minns for
accepting ordination as a bishop in an
extra-terrirorial manner? Or could/would Lee accept
Minns as an equal in the Episcopal/Anglican Church?
