Lee "inhibited" Phil Ashey, the rector of South Riding parish, so
he'll likely do the same for Martyn.  All this means is that his
license to serve as a priest or rector in "THE Espicopal Church" has been
revoked - which seems fair to me, since conservative churches have effectively
"inhibited" Lee by not letting him do confirmations, etc.
