Bishop Lee of Virginia was in the midst of doing exactly
that. He had agreed to a "buy out" where Truro would
pay between 2 and 3 million to offset the (alleged) diocese
interest in the property (worth about 10 million). They
were negotiating the exact amount, when the "White Witch"
(new female presiding bishop) paid a visit, and put
her hand up his back. I've had personal experience with
demon possession, and the language and tone of Bishop Lee's
correspondence since her visit is totally unlike him. It
is like a demon speaking through him.
The current actions of the Diocese of Virginia are largely due to threats
and intimidation from The Episcopal Church. I say largely, because
there was cheering when the lawsuit was announced at the last
Diocese meeting.
