I'm not.  I am currently a Nigerian Anglican along with Truro.

I should also note that The Episcopal Church seceded from the Anglican
Communion (Windsor report officially rejected along with 39 articles at
2006 national convention).  Truro and friends voted to remain Anglican
rather than join the secession.  Of course, this won't matter to US 
courts.
