Anglican leader says conservatives endanger unity  

London, Jul. 23, 2007 (CWNews.com) - An influential
leader of the Church of England has warned African
Anglican bishops that they will endanger their place
in the worldwide communion if they follow through with
plans to boycott the Lambeth Conference. 

"Anglicanism has its roots through Canterbury,"
Archbishop John Senatamu of York told the London Daily
Telegraph. "If you sever that link you are severing
yourself from the communion."
