I've heard Revelation 12:4 used to identify the percent of angels who followed Lucifer into rebellion against God, i.e. one third. But I've never heard it used in connection with the percentage of persons who make it to Heaven.

So once again, Sungenis attacks a straw man. That isn't universalism,
just hoping for a better percentage. Seems consistent with "God is not
willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."
On the other side though, you have "narrow is the way that leads to life, and
few there be that find it."
I talked to one guy who was sure that 66% would be saved. Proof text:
Revelation 12:4 "And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven,..."
