Be careful to distinguish between those commiting abhominable acts and
those who suffer from homosexuality, because of abuse as a child
or other reasons - especially when the latter are striving to live
a godly life. They need support and fellowship despite an understandable
awkwardness of relationships (and a need for safeguards).
Unfortunately, the Left deliberately uses the same word for both
a condition and a perverted behaviour. It used to be that "homosexuality"
referred to the condition, and the behaviour was "sodomy" or whatever.
The confusion is deliberate because it reflects their belief in a kind
of "self actualization" - that an individual becomes significant by
fully embracing all aspects of where they happen to be. They embrace
with the understanding that nothing is good or bad, only significant or
insignificant.
So, for instance, Mr. Robinson of ECUSA is a hero because he is bravely
following his destiny wherever it leads - setting his face like flint
against those who selfishly oppose his personal path to fulfillment.
Like Christian, the Pilgrim of old, he turns away from family, stopping
his ears against the cry of his children, and pursues the path that
is set before him.
