[Gathnet] Building Inspection

   Thanks in large part to Elizabeth, who helped us get ready, the 
building inspection found just two fixable items, both were wiring 
issues which were that way when we bought the house.  Total materials 
cost, $5.52. (and some of my time).

   They also found some evidence of termite tunnels, but no damage. 
We're taking care of that, of course.

   The buyer has locked in an interest rate as well, so everything 
necessary for the contract has been taken care of.  Closing is set for 
Oct 7.  I can wait.

   Thanks for your prayers, and especially for God's faithfulness.  I 
knew early on that we were to trust Him, though our feelings when the 
house didn't sell immediately were hard to bring under control.  I think 
it's important to use these little trials that come our way to practice 
our faith in God working.
