[Gathnet] update on our excitement

The general consensus is that it truly IS a gopher snake.  When he's
stretched out in his little jar, his head in not anywhere the size it looks
in the picture, and the neck is bigger.   When he's stretched out, his head
is only slightly larger than the body.  Plus the diamond pattern just isn't
quite there.  Neither does he actually strike at objects stuck in his face.
Apparently, he is just a very good pretender (his misfortune in this case),
even managing to suck in his neck to make his head look bigger while
striking the classic "rattlesnake coil" pose.
