Never one to let technicalities stand in the way, our President elect 
(never mind the lack of natural born citizen status technically required by
the constitution) has given us a web page to tell us about the changes ahead:

Never mind that .gov is technically reserved for US government organizations
only (which Obama and friends will not be until Jan 20, ignoring the
technicality of elegibility).  You young ones will be delighted to know that
mandatory volunteerism is back!  Never mind that the constitution technically
prohibits "forced servitude", this is his promised "Civil Security Force".  You
will be putting in 50 hours per year in high school and 100 hours per year in
college.  You will be able to choose from a number of liberal government
programs.  Hopefully they won't require brown shirts.

I feel safer already.
