Surgery!  Geez, I hope you're OK whatever it was.  I've been cut a few 
times myself and even the minor ones are pretty exhausting.

Stuart:  I am pretty sure our DNS is through our ISP, because typing 
gibberish into the URL bar leads to a Cox Cable fail page. I will review 
your previous advice and see what I can do with that.
