These are notices, not errors. git-ssb is a optional feature to render
the "github" application built on SSB. I highly recommend it, but it is
not needed to get started.

You did not "register". You published an About message that names your
pubkey.

It is a feature of electron, not patchwork, and you can ignore it for
new. It is probably related to input methods (for typing
Chinese/Arabic/Japanese/etc).
