I checked in IP6 support for Milter.utils.  spfmilter.py will also
need pyspf-2.1 to handle IP6 connections.  Scott's been on my case to
do a new release of pyspf-2.1 to incorporate changes to pyspf-2.0
since pyspf-2.0.1.
