[Pymilter] milter.error: cannot set reply (redux)

Referencing this old post
(http://bmsi.com/pipermail/pymilter/2009-June/000200.html), I'm now
experiencing the same issue with Postfix 2.7.1 and the latest version of
pymilter.  I'm working from the template right now as a base to design
my own milter, but can't seem to get past this error without commenting
it out.

Has there been progress made on a resolve?
